No passwords. Just your email address.
How Signing In Works
Career Threader uses magic links instead of passwords. Enter your email address on the login screen and we send you a sign-in link. Click the link and you are in. No password to remember or reset.
On Desktop
You will receive an email containing a magic link. Click the link to open Career Threader and start your session. The link works once and expires after 10 minutes.
On Mobile
Instead of a link, you will receive a six-digit code. Enter the code on the login screen to sign in. The code expires after 10 minutes.
Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive within a minute. The sender address is noreply@careerthreader.com.
Common Login Issues
I did not receive the email
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, try again with the same email address. Some corporate email filters block automated messages, so try a personal email if your work address is not working.
The link or code has expired
Links and codes expire after 10 minutes. Go back to the login screen and request a new one. Each new request invalidates the previous link.
I used a different email address
Your account is tied to your email. If you signed up with one address and are trying to log in with another, your data will not appear. Use the same email address you originally registered with.
Signing Out
Open the menu in the top right corner and select Sign Out. Your career data is stored in your account and synced across devices. When you sign back in, your results will be there.
