What happens after twelve months?

Your access ends. Nothing renews automatically. You can buy another twelve months at a 30 percent renewal discount, or stop using Career Threader. Your exported documents stay yours either way.

How do I know it is right for me before I buy?

Explore the tool detail pages on the marketing site. They show exactly what the cascade produces and how the tools work together, so you can judge fit before you commit.

What is the renewal discount?

Thirty percent off the then-current price for a further twelve months. The code is shown at purchase time and sent by email so you have it when the first twelve months is ending.

How is my data handled?

Your career information stays with you. It is not used to train AI models. See the Privacy and Data page for the detail.

Can Business bundles be stacked?

Yes. If you need 22 seats, buy two Business bundles. If you need more than that and want discounted per-seat pricing, the Custom plan is the route.

Can the admin in a Business bundle also use the tools?

Yes. The admin is a real usable seat, not a management-only account. They can manage seats and use Career Threader for their own assessments.

Do admins see user results?

No. Admins see the seat list, status, and usage. They never see individual user assessments, conversations, or outputs. This is a GDPR boundary we keep strictly.
