How much does Career Threader cost?

Personal is £49 for twelve months. One-off payment, no subscription. Business is £399 for an 11-seat bundle for HR, talent, and outplacement teams. Custom plans are available for larger organisations. See the Pricing page for the detail.

What does Personal include?

Full access to all four tools (The Mirror, The Map, The Thread, The Interview) with automatic data cascade between them. Document uploads, profile extraction, live market intelligence, and a downloadable dossier combining the cascade output. Twelve months of access and a 30 percent renewal discount.

How is the Position Score calculated?

The Mirror analyses your intake and conversation responses against live sector-level data. The score reflects how well-positioned you are in your current role, given where the sector is moving and where AI is changing the work. It is not a fixed ability score. It recalibrates as your context and sector evolve.

Can I retake The Mirror?

Yes. You can run The Mirror again at any time. Each run is saved separately and you can compare them. If you redo The Mirror with new inputs, downstream tools will prompt you to regenerate so the cascade stays consistent.

Do my results carry forward between tools?

Yes, automatically. The Mirror feeds The Map. The Map feeds The Thread. The Thread feeds The Interview. You do not need to do anything to connect them. If you upload documents in The Mirror, that context carries to every downstream tool.

What is explore-before-lock?

In The Map you are presented with three possible directions. Instead of choosing blind, you can expand each branch and read its trade-offs before committing. When you are ready, you lock one branch and The Map produces the deep-dive action plan for that choice. It is a commitment point by design, not a guessing game.

Can I change my direction after locking?

Yes. Rerun The Map and pick a different branch. The Thread and Interview will detect that the direction has changed and prompt you to regenerate so your narrative and prep materials are aligned with your current choice.

Where is my data stored?

Your career data is stored in your account and synced across devices when you are signed in. See the Privacy and Data page for the detail.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Contact hello@careerthreader.com and we will remove your account data within thirty days.

What AI model does Career Threader use?

Career Threader uses Claude, built by Anthropic. Every conversation is processed in real time. There are no pre-written responses.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your conversations and uploaded documents are not used to train any AI model. Your data is yours.

What happens if I need to prepare for multiple interviews?

The Interview can be run multiple times, once per target role. Each briefing is saved separately. If the upstream tools (Mirror, Map, Thread) are unchanged you can reuse them; only the role-specific briefing needs to be regenerated for each new interview.
